WL Inventory For Sale: In terms of raw
numbers are
triple what was once considered normal.
Median Price: Approximately half of WL
residential listings are priced at $399K or less, (the median).
On 11/30/09, there were 85 active listings. A number of
expirations on 01/01/10 have not been renewed leaving us with
approximately 78 homes currently for sale. More than 100
residential listings is not out of the question for the resort this
summer.
$/Sq Ft: The range of active listings is
approximately $56 - $286/Sq Ft as indicated below. In the past
90 days, a number of price decreases have drained the $176-$200/SF
category, and inflated the listings in lower brackets. The
number of homes for sale greater than $200/SF has remained
stable.
