WL Inventory For Sale: In raw numbers, triple what was once considered normal.  Months of Supply stands at 62.2.

Nature of Active Listings: Approximately half of WL residential listings are priced at $420K or less, (the median).  The median has contrarily risen from $390K in recent months.  Subjectively, this seems to be caused by the impact of listings expiring or withdrawn, or new, rather than strength in prices.
