Commentary:
On the demand side of the
equation, the trend for the year has been flat. Our
projections of total closings for the year in all categories changes
by 3 or 4 sales at most from month to month.
On the supply side, inventories for sale remain
elevated. Land inventories are at 15 years of supply, who
knows what that means. Equilibrium, normalcy, etc, remain in
the distance for us on either front, but again, the trend is flat.
