Commentary
Demand: Despite the fact that we have raised
our projections for the year by 8 transactions or so, the
trend must still be called flat.
Supply: Inventories for sale, for both homes
and land dropped slightly in November but can still be measured in
terms of years of supply, not the traditional months of supply.
Something like 18 months of supply or less would be nice to see.
