And Our Website
*Our website is built to include those
features most often mentioned by internet buyers. The result
is that users spend more time per visit. Just a few of these
items would be:
*Large Photos, Many Photos: We use 30+
photos for any home, 15-20 for land in an 800 pixels wide slide show, the largest,
easiest to use property photos
in WNC.
*Listing Detail: The only firm in WNC that
places MLS Data Sheets, GIS Imagery, Tax Maps, etc online for every
listing, thus cutting out a step for today's DEC's, digitally
empowered consumers. See
a typical listing page with this type of info.
*Area
Information: We have the largest online collection of Madison
and Asheville information in all of WNC. On our website alone,
there are 5
pages in categories of detailed resources, everything from loan
calculators to local schools, and arts.
*Maps & Directions: We use both Google
Maps and Google Earth, only Madison firm to do so.
*Video vs. Virtual Tours: Virtual tours made
by third party vendors almost always open up in a new window.
On some occasions, web visitors are even required to register to see
the tour.
*Our video is embedded in
your page, there are no new windows or third party sites.
Additionally, the page is shareable. Any user can email a
listing to friends, without having to log into their email account or
program.
*In the vast
majority of virtual tour vendor contracts, a single day and time is designated
for the inside of a home, rain or shine. Your home deserves to
have images taken on days of sunshine. Further, in the
mountains, different parts of a house or land experience flattering
sunshine at different times of day.
*We do our photography
in house, and as such, are in a position to make multiple trips on
multiple days to capture the most flattering display for your land
or home.
*Virtual tours are
silent, stationary. Our presentation actually "moves" through
a listing, presenting your property with music, thus pairing a
positive emotion with the product. This is an absolute foundation of
advertising.
*Our
Asheville Mountain Real Estate Blog is routinely in the top 1%
globally,
with more than 450 articles and answers to questions about WNC. We
have been cited twice by The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune,
Seattle Post Intelligencer, and have received numerous awards for
real estate writing and analysis from other sources as well.
